Scott Hahn is an American Catholic theologian and apologist, member of Opus Dei, and former pastor of the Presbyterian Church. He wrote Our Journey to the Catholic Church (Rome Sweet Home) about his conversion. Hahn is particularly interested in early Christianity and the Church Fathers. He is often referred to by the nickname "Luther Upside Down" because his conversion to Catholicism was followed by a larger number of Presbyterian pastors and Bible scholars.
Kimberly Hahn has been married to Scott since 1979. She earned Master of Arts in Theological Studies at the same school as he did. They have six children and nineteen grandchildren. She homeschooled her children for 26 years.
Kimberly became a Catholic at the Easter Vigil in 1990 after a difficult struggle during the four years following Scott's entrance into the Catholic Church. Together with Scott, she completed a book about their journey into the Catholic Church called Rome Sweet Home: Our Journey to Catholicism, which has been translated into more than twenty languages.
Her podcast, Beloved and Blessed, based on the wisdom of Scripture, especially Proverbs 31, speaks to the desires and strengths of women in all walks of life.
