Rod Dreher is an author and journalist whose best-selling books have been translated into 12 languages. He is a leading commentator on the relationship between Christianity and public life. He is a senior editor at The American Conservative, where he writes a popular blog about religion, culture, and politics, and he publishes often in other journals. In 2017, his best-selling book "The Benedict Option" was described by The New York Times as "the most important religious book of the decade." In 2019, his book "Live Not By Lies," a warning about what he regards as the coming soft totalitarianism, became another bestseller in the United States. He dedicated the book to the memory of Father Tomislav Kolakovic, the founder of the Slovak underground church. He is an Orthodox Christian who lives with his wife and children in Louisiana.
Gabriele Kuby is a German author and international speaker on the global sexual revolution and Christian spirituality. She studied sociology in the late 1960ies at the Free University of Berlin and Konstanz, where she obtained a Masters Degree. Her conversion to Catholic faith in 1997 opened her eyes for the dangers of the sexual revolution. Her first critical analysis of the ideology of gender appeared in 2006. So far she has published twelve books. The Global Sexual Revolution – Destruction of Freedom in the Name of Freedom has been translated into eleven languages. Pope Benedict XVIth calls her “a brave warrior against ideologies that ultimately result in the destruction of man.”
Mark Daniel Regnerus is a professor of sociology at the University of Texas, where he also conducts research. His top topics are sexual behavior, the relationship between religion and sexuality, new phenomena in ʺdatingʺ, and family. He has published more than 30 articles and studies. He has also written two books on youth, relationships, and sexuality: Forbidden Fruit (2007) and Premarital Sex in America (2011). His article "Sex is Cheap" was the ninth most downloaded article on Slate in 2011. However, he received the most publicity and criticism for his 2012 study on child-rearing by gay couples, which even the leadership of his home university distanced itself from.
